Caper dill mayo

Yields 450ml

Ingredients

250ml mayo

80ml sour cream

40gram chopped capers

20gr chopped fresh dill

juice of 1 lemon

7.5 ml (1.5tsp) grainy mustard

7.5 ml horseradish

6 grams sea salt

1 gram ground black pepper

Directions:

combine all ingredients

chill overnight in fridge before serving
