Devilled egg pasta salad

Yields approx. 1.5 liter

Ingredients:

8oz macaroni, cooked al dente, cooled

3 eggs, hard boiled, peeled, grated or finely chopped

80ml finely minced red onion

80ml finely chopped celery

125ml mayo

60ml sour cream

15ml grainy mustard

juice of 1 lemon

5ml paprika

.625ml garlic powder

30ml green relish

2.5ml hot sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, cover, and chill at least 4 hours or overnight
