Garlic scape and mushroom sauté

Serves 2-4 as a side dish

Ingredients:

250ml blanched garlic scapes

1 liter, assorted mushrooms, sliced

30ml oil

30gr. butter

15ml chopped fresh summer savory

salt and pepper

30ml grated parmesan

Directions:

Heat butter and oil in pan till hot

Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, sauté till beginning to caramelize

Add blanched garlic scapes and summer savory; sauté till heated through

Top with grated parmesan
