Guanciale roasted Brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese
Serves 4-6 as a side dish
Ingredients:
15ml olive oil
150 gr. diced guanciale
454 gr brussel sprouts cut in half
60 ml shaved parmesan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Heat sauté pan, add oil, add guanciale; cook till fat renders and starts to become crispy
Add Brussel sprouts, toss to coat with fat; season with salt and pepper
Place in oven and roast 10-15 minutes or till done
Transfer to a platter, top with cheese and serve!
